Ark Oval's own Teacher receives Silver Pearson Award
Hayley Francis, was shortlisted as the TES (Times Educational Supplement) “Inspirational Teacher of the Year.”
“In education, people often talk about colleagues going ‘above and beyond the call of duty’. But Hayley really does,” said ARK Oval Primary Headteacher Sonia Rutherford. “It’s rare to find an individual who is as truly dedicated as Hayley. We’re very lucky to have her in our team. Part of Hayley’s charm is that she wouldn’t even consider herself to be the embodiment of education excellence that we all know she is!
Hayley Francis received a Silver Teaching Award from education company Pearson. She was given a trophy after she was shortlisted for Teacher of the Year in a Primary School – being chosen from more than 20,000 nominations across the country.
