I am delighted to be part of Ark Oval Primary Academy, an authentic community school, representative of the local demographic.

Our ethos “striving for excellence”  is enacted in our relentless approach to ensure that parents and staff work in partnership to support, develop and maximise every pupil’s full potential.

Every pupil matters and whilst they may progress and develop at their own rate, our role is to provide a nurturing, safe, learning rich environment to facilitate their growth in all aspects of school life.

Our mission to ensure that all children can become independent learners and have the aspiration to compete with their contemporary peers, in realising their career passions and aspirations. This may be to attend university or pursue a career of their choice. That starts with a commitment to the school, to being an active part of the school community, to maintain and model the high expectations the academy sets for engagement, behaviour, dress and attendance, because these are the very building blocks for your child’s future success.

We are committed to do whatever it takes to provide a balanced, well-rounded and holistic education for your child, with not only a focus on the academics but fostering sports, arts, spiritual, personal and social skills, a life-long love of learning and providing pupils with the fundamental knowledge and skills they require to succeed in whichever path they choose.
